SERVICE PARK AND SAIL FOR THE TALL SHIPS’ RACES

FROM JULY 28 TO 31 FREE PARKING AND CONNECTION BY SEA FROM THE NEW NAUTICAL POLE FOR MEGAYACHTS TO THE HEART OF PORTO ANTICO OF GENOA

Marina Genova Aeroporto, the new nautical Pole of western Genoa, will offer a confortable service Park and Sail from July 28th to 31st, on the occasion of the stay in Porto Antico of the Tall Ships.
On this occasion, whoever is arriving by car from outside Genoa to live this great Sailing Feast, may profit of the 1300 parking places in order to leave the car and then reach the center of the city by boat.
Doing this, not only they will avoid traffic and traffic jam, but most of all they will have the opportunity of admiring from the sea the imposing elegance of the vessels, enjoying a unique and privileged point of view. It will be sufficient to get out of the highway from Genova Ovest tollbooth and follow the indications for Marina Genova Aeroporto, to reach the new “SuperYacht Marina Village” in  a few minutes.
The service Park and Sail will be working for all the four days of the event. Visitors may profit from a free parking in the parking place of Marina Genova Aeroporto; at their disposal bars and restaurants of the new Superyacht Marina Village, and a tourist  information point that distributes maps and indications, and a photographic show of the best pictures of the past editions of the Race. The boats will shuttle between the Marina and Porto Antico, so guaranteeing the optimization of the transfer time and most of all offering the unique emotion of seeing the vessels from the sea.


Marina Genova Aeroporto, one of the most modern complexes for the big pleasure boating, is at present under construction in the western part of Genoa,  3 big basins with piers 200 and 300 metres long, 500 boat mooring places, 100 of which for yachts from 30 to 90 metres long, exclusive shops, restaurants, an inviting club house with wellness center and exclusive suite, refined residences on the sea with a landingplace  just under: the nautical pole that Aurora Costruzioni S.p.A. is carrying out on a project of the Gnudi engineering and architecture study, can offer the top in terms of logistics and services.
